Had my Xbox one X fail on me due to a hdmi chip inside that provided no video output. Called around until I found this place Lenny knew exactly what and how to address the issue. Drove over 2 hours to get there and he got to work on it right on the spot within an hour! Got to witness the entire tear down process, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a kid again with all the old games and consoles we played growing up. He is very knowledgeable and has so much passion for his work and always wants to make it right for the customer! Very knowledgeable staff and great service that shows this place will make it right for you!

This location is the best one in my opinion! The Sheboygan store has a lot of room to grow regarding knowledge and kind customer service. Everytime I go in here, every sales rep knows their stuff and they have THEE best on-site tech who has helped my family with many vintage consoles: cleaning or fully refurbishing. He NEVER gives up and has the coolest and most professional attitude- go Lenny M.!!!!!!!!! Will return for all of our vintage gaming needs and sales and continue to spread the word.

Brought in my backwards compatible ps3 since it got ylod. I got it back, and it worked for 7 hours, and then it got ylod again. Took it in again and never received a call about a month later. Called back and they said they had no record of it being in the shop and then said that I had missed a call and they had gotten rid of it. First off I have no doubts they just reflowed the motherboard instead of properly reballing it. I'm paying alot of money and in the end I was gaslight about never answering the phone and lost a valuable and rare console. Not worth the time and money.

what a find. went in looking for a card game store but found a store that deals in retro gaming consoles. we did find the best switch zelda/link leather case for our grandson. very friendly helpful staff in getting us where we wanted to go, but will definitely be back.

Super friendly staff and deceptively small space. You can find anything here, especially if you want to play older games or systems. Older consoles are a good deal for the condition, and there are some real gems here. If into older consoles, check it out!!!

This place is awesome! You guys made my day! I had fun today finding all the old games I used to play and can't wait to play again! I want people to know this is an honest and trustworthy place of business. Excellent prices and all the games work beautifully. It's also nice to know you can fix my other old game systems. I live in Madison but stop at this store in Stevens Point every time I come home to visit my parents. They have a great selection of game consoles and video games at great prices. I love that they have games and consoles for classic game systems like Atari, Colecovision, NES and SNES. The repair guy Lenny is awesome and very knowledgeable and does a great job fixing games and game consoles. He has done a great job fixing my game consoles for Regular NES, Atari and Intellivision. He also fixes game controllers and has fixed many Atari 5200 game controllers for me. The staff is very friendly and everything I have ever purchased from this store, works great! Highly Recommend!!

Went to this store to get information on a Nintendo Switch for my grandson's birthday. Our customer service person was Bennett and we couldn't have had a more informed and helpful person. GREAT customer skills! We bought the game we had planned on to go with the system and another game that Bennett suggested. Extremely happy with our purchases. Thanks Bennett!
