My wife and I were in need of a scanner since ours decided to take an early vacation. We went to Office Depot in Rogers Arkansas and were pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, particularly Cooper.
Being from Austin, Texas where helpful and friendly service disappeared in the 90's along with most Texans, it was refreshing to see an employee like Cooper go out of his way and assist us to the point that he ended up doing the whole scanning job for us.
Kudos to Office Depot and their friendly, helpful employees.

I am very pleased with the print services quick and speedy turnaround time here! I sent a large quantity order to print about 2 hours before they closed and received an email an hour later that it was ready for pickup! Pickup was super easy and fast and the print copies looked great! I’m thrilled with their super, quick service and the great quality!

Bought a $379 office chair and spent $70 dollars all for a warranty. Long story short, after spending $459 on my chair and warranty, nobody knows exactly how I'm suppose to get a replacement chair.
Absolute worst warranty and customer service coverage from any store I've even been too. I can't believe they would sell me an extended warranty, and not honor it. They told me the manufacturer has ro warranty it. Why did you even sell me this coverage.

Don't waste your time, sadly, walmart would treat you better. I guess I'll just stand up and work for the next week until they can decide who's gonna honor my paid extended warranty.

The best customer service experience:

I came in last minute at around 4 pm wanting to print 53 copies of my artworks for my professional portfolio at the self service station. The first print was completely messed up-but when I approached the main desk, Tyler, was incredibly intuitive to the problem and willing to help me print all 53 copies right away. They took the time to help me send all 10 emails it took to send all 53 copies and made sure every individual photo printed correctly with complete ease and patience for me and my questions and requests.

I thanked them a million times over and over way too much, and I felt most inclined to place a review highlighting Tyler’s amazing customer service and ability to help me complete my prints out for my portfolio. I’m over the moon! Thank you again, Tyler! You made a local artist very happy and confident again in her work. ✨

Had a delayed shipping order from another company and needed a quick fix for a day-of meeting. Nate was incredibly helpful with my printing order and helped me figure out exactly how to print my slightly complicated order. His professionalism in assisting me and attending to other customers while I edited my prints was outstanding.

Best customer service!! I was in a rush to find a specific paper to finish printing a presentation for a big meeting at work. The clock was ticking with just an hour before the meeting, so I called to make sure they had what I needed in stock while driving to the store. Dan answered the phone and was so kind and patient. He talked me through the different options they had in store and offered to hold the one I chose at the front for me. When I arrived faster than expected, they had not had time to bring it to the front yet, so Dan personally walked me over to the paper section and handed me the one I picked. I showed him a photo of what I was trying to buy to verify it was the correct one, and he confidently assured me it was the best match I would find in the store. I quickly checked out with Angela who was also very friendly, and she informed me of the bonus rewards I received for shopping on a Thursday. I am so thankful for Dan helping me, so I could quickly get back to the office. We finished printing the presentation with 10 minutes to spare. My coworker commented on how nice the paper was and how it printed so well. I agree that the printouts look phenomenal. Great customer service and quality products!
