Here comes my favorite part about OneGold, their customer service. Every time I call I get the excellent customer service. Since I am new to buying gold and silver I have a lot of questions. Every time I call Angela answers the phone with a smile, patience, kindness, wisdom/knowledge. I will tell you this because of Angela and her amazing customer service skills I have invested more and began telling everyone I know about OneGold. I think asking questions is the best way to learn and OneGold answers questions, plus you can tell they truly care about there customer(s).

The basic business model is great an easy way to safeguard your funds , but in practice it seems to be run with only one or two people in an office that do not know how to respond and communicate with customers on a normal professional level , I have had more than one mistake made when transferí g cash funds to my bank account and there seems to be no accountability at all , 2st time my funds went missing for over a month with nobody from onegold knowing what happened to them and was actually rude and hung up on me on more than one occasion, 2 nd time there computor system did not send my funds to my bank and lost all my banking details and took over a week of emails back and forth to find out after a week they still had not sent funds ? For some reason their accounts dept is completely disconnected with their customer service dept and cannot answer the simplest of questions , I really like the business model but they need to have a shake up on their professional dealings with customers does not seem to be well managed

They accept fraudulent payments, 3 got through my bank but HUNDREDS of other charges were declined. I would not trust this company.

Contact email and number not working. Over time their chrges go up and time to withdraw takes longer. Did a cash out and withdraw first of last week and still no deposit into my bank account. Even after they charged me 11% for the cash out and withdraw. No way to stop auto pay once started.

Very easy to use basically set your preferences and buy as needed. What I like most is two things I can buy silver and gold and pay monthly. Don’t have to use all my cash at one time makes investing seamless.

Good luck getting your money back from these people. They have been sitting a "verification review" of my account for six days. I called and got a vanilla placating response that they were "working on it" no promises on when they will give me my money. I have since filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office. I wouldn't get involved with these people again.
