Food court choices are not very many, either eat at Bunt-D, Popeyes, Dunkin or there’s a food truck outside that sells baked potatoes with different toppings.

Medium-small PX with just the bare necessities. You have kids section cloths with some shoes that always seem to be on sale. Women’s section and a men’s section. In the center you have your jewelry and fancy sunglasses that PX always sells. A small Bath and body works selection like shampoos, lotions, and hand sanitizers, essential elements branded candles and one row of make-up. On the opposite side, there’s a very small toy section with very few board games to select from. Then there’s a row of camping, sports, tools, house items, decor, bedroom items trash cans and luggage. You have the electronic section with all video game consoles and accessories, TV’s, a few speaker choices of various brands, phone accessories, etc. then on the outside is basic gardening stuff. At the VERY back is your uniform items, they are still collecting all AGSU items but the majority of the items are there. Very few basic boot selections so don’t expect anything fancy.

The other stores are T-mobile, TKS which is the only internet provider, a medical supply store mainly used for sleep apnea people, a barber who is appointment only and if you walk in can sometimes take a minute, the MWR desk, H&R Block office for tax season a dry cleaners and coming soon a tactical store.

Staff is great, though you have to ask for help, can’t look lost and expect them to help or at least they haven’t gotten a person that can read those signals. They have a very military style humor so if they come off as “rude” chances are the humor isn’t for you, other than that, they are very helpful and will keep helping until they hit something they can’t control or find a solution for you.

2-stars mainly because I think it needs to be updated into a bigger PX with more selections. Though the selections are okay, a lot of the times I would need to travel to a bigger PX, go to the economy or order online for the items I need.

I was in the px store thus monday and heard this from a female worker working at customer service talk to customer this:

The phone rang, and the customer said that she could answer the call because he could wait. And she responded: "Nahh. I'm not picking phone calls from calling customers because they always have stup.id questions. And when I pick it up they have questions for me, but I don't want to talk to them so I always lie to them saying I have over 10 customers waiting in the line,I can't answer your questions about if we carry it, have in it stock etc." So she let the phone ring until the customer hung up.

It's very unprofessional from her. You are supposed to help customers no matter what ( customer is my boss ) and not be lazy picking calls and not helping customers. It's sad to seeing something like this here. It's part of the job to help customers of you working at customer service and what you are paid for that position too. It's just sad....

That about customer service is just 1 star from me,but the rest of the staff is very helpful and px store have lots of stuff so that is 4star from me. They have carter's, bath and body works, chanel, dior, candles, toys, kitchen stuff, and christmas stuff. Just with bigger sections of different sizes of diapers, make up, and halloween costumes. I like this px

As a visitor to the PX it was like most PXs around the world. It is on the small size. Has plenty of souvenirs. Food court is lacking; especially given its location. The BBQ food truck outside was the bomb.

Short haired blond lady is awesome. She does a great job. Wish customers and coworkers would treat her better at times. She deserves a raise! She is the best part of my PX visits. Aside from that you can get everything you need there and sometimes great offers on clearance.

The Ansbach PX has worst customer service. The female employees are abrasive and rude. They act as if doing their job is an inconvenience. The self checkouts do not accept coupons. There is never a register open so coupons have to be done at customer service. The customer service counter always has a line.

How is this place constantly out of stuff? They haven't had ketchup since December. Completely out of mac & cheese and non spicy chicken last week. I had to go to the commissary next door and buy my own ketchup. Typical aafes terrible service.

It's a small px with not a whole lot of stuff. The employees have been rude some of the times. TKS is closed in Sundays. The commissary is small as well but I usually find what I need there. I wish they had sushi though. They food court isn't the greatest either. I have been to the taco Bell many times in this food court and sometimes my food comes out great and other times the meat tastes old and I end up not eating it. So it really a 50/50 with this place, whether they have what you need or don't. They usually keep on have necessities though, like deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner. I've also found some pretty sweet clearance deals here mostly on toys.

Small px, you'll get what you need but not necessarily what you want. They have some great clearance deals if you keep your eyes opened and the staff has always been friendly with us.
