I came to Best Buy to check out a projector and projector screen. Jonelle greeted me right away when I walked in the North Carefree/Powers location. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me over to the area where the projectors were. She helped me select the projector and located the projector screen. Jonelle even gave me some options to order through Best Buy online and have it shipped to the store. Jonelle walked me back to the checkout station and helped me load everything in my car. It was great working directly with one person for the entire transaction. Jonelle was very engaging and helpful; she was a delight to work with, and knowledgeable about Best Buy products, especially with AVL equipment.

We bought a whole home theater system and the most patient and helpful person was Craig! He had the best recommendations, set us up with a great installation, and made sure he answered all our questions. If you need anything TV or home theater or really anything, he’s the guy! Super knowledgeable and super kind. He made the experience so much easier. Thank you Craig!!

Guys, we really need to talk about the in-store pickup process. It’s not just broken—it’s shattered into tiny, frustrating pieces.

Picture this: I show up a little early to grab my order (a monitor, nothing exotic with 5 in stock), thinking it’s no big deal. Spoiler alert: It was a huge deal.

Apparently, the sacred “picker” must retrieve my item, scan it, and stage it. This mystical process took over an hour. Yes, an hour and 42 minutes to exact.

Did I suggest I could just walk over, grab the monitor, and let them scan it? Of course. Was that allowed? Absolutely not. I must wait—nay, endure—until the “picker” deems me worthy of holding my own purchase.

I get it, policies and procedures are important. But come on! Can we not find a way to speed this up? Maybe a “Let me just grab it and you scan it” option for us impatient mortals? Or a “Hey, thanks for being early, we’ll fast-track this”? Anything to avoid the endless purgatory of waiting for the picker to bless me with my own item.

Seriously, I like you guys, but this process is… in need of an Elon Musk makeover.

Haven't had any major bad experiences in this Best Buy and they often have whatever it is in came there looking for so it pretty good overall. I've been coming here since 2018 and have upgraded mobile phones here a few times.

They have a better inventory compared to the one in Academy ?

Best Buy has somehow managed to stand the test of time and remain a relevant storefront for electronic needs in a highly online based market. Having the option to browse products in store is very helpful when looking for new gadgets.
The staff are also very knowledgeable on most subjects and can go into detail with their product knowledgeable to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Their online and in store sales can also be very competitive, leaving you with high-quality gear for a great deal!

I do like how fast the process to get a laptop was, and how extremely helpful the staff was. Unfortunately 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the offer I got with my "Windows" laptop.

Offer is for Apple TV+. Apparently that doesn't work well on a Windows laptop, and not to mention that the website in the receipt takes you to "Apple music".

Least I'm not out money for that. But would of been nice if it worked.

Bought a Samsung TV in February 2024. They said it had a year warranty. It’s august and we have a blank screen when you turn it on. We called and they said they honor the warranty only if we bought the extended warranty from them. This applies to everything you buy. Do not buy electronics from them! We will never shop there again due to the poor customer service experience. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Went in today looking for a new work monitor and was met with amazing service. Jeff Polk is one of the best and most helpful representatives I’ve ever come across.
