Amazing Experience at Black Gold Harley

Purchasing my new bike at Black Gold Harley was nothing short of exceptional. I initially went in just to browse and was hesitant about sharing my information, especially after a bad experience last year when a car dealership hit me with five hard credit inquiries. However, everything changed once I met Lew. He immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, honesty, and transparency, which built trust from the start.

After giving him some initial details, the numbers sounded great, and once my financing was approved, it was time to choose a bike. I spent nearly two hours deciding between the Street Glide and the Road Glide, and Lew was incredibly patient the entire time. He asked insightful questions, genuinely helping me figure out what was most important to me, ensuring I’d make a choice I’d be happy with.

Every person I encountered at Black Gold was fantastic—from the staff in apparel to the service and parts departments. One thing that really stood out was how much they honored military veterans. Every time I was introduced, it was by name, followed by, "He is a military veteran," which made me feel truly valued and appreciated.

Overall, Black Gold Harley went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride!

We purchased this 2017 low mileage Breakout from Lew at black & gold site unseen the 3rd Harley in our garage now. I saw pics of it online but didn't hear it run or see it in person prior to purchasing as we live several states away, shipping was quick. Lew made the process easy, and the service manager quickly addressed the only issue we had once we received the bike, a dead cell battery. I would absolutely purchase from Black & Gold and Lew in the future. They are a Great dealership to deal with and price the bikes they have very competitively. 5 stars!

Amazing experience with Black Gold Harley-Davidson, and particularly give Mitch, Robert, and Tom credit for this. I had test rode at least 1/2 a dozen motorcycles since the latter part of 2024, and Mitch took the time to educate and advise on the best option that fit my riding style. The level of care that I received at Black Gold Harley Davidson is top notch in every department from service, motor clothes, parts, and sales. The personnel there take time with you to ensure you are getting what you are looking for without any pressure. After any purchase they follow-up with you to see if you are still happy with the product. This dealership values their customers and knows what great customer service is. Rene and Tom are excellent people to work with. I needed a new clutch installed and they took the time to walk me through the process and provided daily updates on the status. First Class Service!
