I’ve made an expensive order and cannot communicate with them either by phone or email. I went to the address and the office is closed and has been for two weeks. I’ve since cancelled my credit cards as I’m highly suspicious. Two weeks have no passed and still nothing. Phones not answered emails not replied to. Update: as of 17/12/18 I finally received a message that they were cancelling my order due to product not available and a refund had been initiated. I’ll post when/if I get it.

As of 4 weeks later, sadly still no refund. No telephone communication is possible.

Got a product from them. Had issues with it same day. Gave it back to them and they took 2 weeks to get my order sorted. I just got a refund from them which was hard to get. Staff was unprofessional. And they provide fake promises. Also, seems like most of their positive reviews are from their own staff or close friends or relatives. Don't fall for their sham. Stay Away.

WARNING! PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
Unfortunately, I read all these bad reviews after I had already a bad experience with them. I ordered a mobile phone on 22-Dec amounting almost 3000 AED. I paid already with my credit card. Then they said the vendor delayed the item and they canceled the order and made a refund. I requested the refund ref. no. but till now I didn't get either my money nor the refund ref. no. Which means they didn't placed the refund actually. After I read all these bad reviews, we have to make complains to Dubai Chamber or DED or police.
I will update my review if I got any update.
UPDATE: They returned back my money to my credit card.

I ordered an item costing more than 3600 AED on 1 December. After two weeks they send message that the ordered has been cancelled due to vendor problem....and then promise to refund in 4-5 days. Now, two weeks later, still no refund. After several emails and phones calls, no further contact from anyone at BuyOnDubai. Now credit card fees and interest are accruing which they will be responsible for paying in addition to refund of original charges.
UPDATE: Now almost two weeks after my original review above and STILL WAITING for a refund. The worst Customer Service....no possibility of talking to a real person to resolve the problem...only a two sentence email response, “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Issue will be solved soon.” Clearly they have a very different understanding of the word “soon”.

I bought products from this site before. Their prices are unbeatable! Delivery was on-time and i had no complaints. Now i want to order again, tried to call and they have no landline but a mobile number that is always on voicemail. I guess they have issues with Authorities. Do not place your order using your credit card. Select cash on delivery!!! So sad!! I really liked this shop a lot. They had the potential to become very significant for the online business...

Dealing with them for the second time. I didn't want to write a review but my experience with them was an Absolute Disaster. They claim to be the best in Delivery "Superfast Delivery" is false advertisement , They don't have customers Service. it is Not acceptable that they use the name Dubai when their Service Level is below stars. Shame on you!

I placed an order for a coffee machine over a month ago which they said they were unable to deliver due to the product not being available from their supplier. They promised a refund in 3- 5 days and it has been over a month and I have still not received a refund. I will update if any refund is forthcoming.

Seriously, where do you even begin reviewing this place?
I can talk about anything I know combined to the incredible support. I can't help but say this is the perfect store to buy your Electronics gadgets.
