My mum and I came in to get Sky Glass and we're really pleased with help we got from Dan. He talked us through exactly what we were playing for, how it worked etc. If I had a question that he didn't know the answer too he went and found out instead of trying to fob me off, and I really appreciated that. My wife wanted a new TV, but as she wanted to get rid of her Sky subscription, she wanted some advice. A member of staff advised her immediately and left her with some options to consider. We decided on a TV and took it home that day. Great service.

Bought a washing machine for delivery with installation. Upon delivery, was told they can't install it due to wiring issues and refused to collect the old machine.

Customer service online was useless, said they can't help with in-store orders. Phone customer service took nearly an hour of phone trees to finally speak to someone.

Was told I can't get a refund without going into the store which happens to be nearly 100 miles away from me.

Not only this but the delivery guys damaged my floor when pulling out the old machine before deciding they can't do it.

My wife and I wanted to buy a tumble drier. We were assisted by Vicky, who had a great knowledge of the products.
We were also very impressed with her customer service.
If I could rate her 11 out of 10, I would.
The drier is arriving on Thursday!

Had some great help from Luke in choosing and buying a new laptop. I was very indecisive and Luke helped me figure out the best solution without any pressure which was super helpful.
Unfortunately when I went to pick up the laptop I was left standing at the counter with employees looking at me but seemingly no one interested in getting me sorted.

The manager at the Clifton Moor store tonight 09/01/25 was excellent. Handled our fault appliance return wonderfully and was very compassionate. Far better than the rude Indian call centre staff that Currys insist on using. 5 start for the manager, zero stars for the outsourced and out of UK call centres.
