Typischer Betrug am Kunden!
Sagt Gerät ist nicht zu reparieren und kaputt, dies muss natürlich teuer bezahlt werden und siehe da konnte das Gerät mit einigen Handgriffen ohne Ersatzteile selbst reparieren!
Unfreundlich noch dazu. Einfach unterirdisch dieser Laden.
Schämen Sie sich ältere Leute einfach aus zu nehem!!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Redet viel und hat null Ahnung. Ich warte immer noch auf mein versprochenes Softwareupdate für meinen Grundig TV. Das war vor 3 Wochen... Einfach nur ein Schwätzer

Support sehr schlecht... 3 Wochen lang ging es bis das Ersatzteil kam weder Ersatz TV bekommen noch ähnliches... Dann endlich Termin vereinbart und Mainboard gewechselt doch Fehler ist immer noch nicht weg... Jetzt geht keiner mehr ans Telefon... Also sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt... Sehr unprofessionell... Schande LG wirbt mit Vor Ort Service und dann sowas.
