Buena atención,, todo perfecto hasta que tuve que devolver un breaker que no coincidió con el que necesitaba,,me descuentan el 25% del precio y lo peor es que esperé 50 minutos una respuesta o confirmación para la devolución del dinero y me retiré del lugar porque seguía perdiendo el tiempo y no llegaba la respuesta,,,recomiendo al que compre allí tratar de ser exacto para que no pase por el proceso de devolución.

Unfortunately the management team; Juan Pedro Yalet and Eric Vasquez are overwhelmed with their 700+ students and ghost parents with concerns. They were aware there would be delays in the Douglas soccer field but did not inform parents till the week practice started. — just got off the phone with them after they did a schedule (days and times) AND location change and I was told by Juan Pedro Yalet “he can do whatever he pleases with his team and no one will tell him what to do!” I for one will not take that level of disrespect and blame shifting that took place on their part. With the amount of money they ask for, you would think they’d have a better grip on things. What a damn shame. —— on to better things we go!

Slow and unkindly customer service.
I spent more than 20 minutes waiting, the weir is that I was the only customer standing in from of their counter, several employees' pass but only one after 20 min ask if I need help, surprise for me that the person that finally come to attend me has passed 10 minutes before and choose to avoid eye contact instead simply ask if I need help, but even more surprising was that the part I need that they very same has listed at Ebay at $12 was priced at $33 on site, I explain this to the clerk but he say that there were nothing he can do with rude manners and I then ask for a manager and he said it was none, only the owner and he was not available at the time, I resourced myself to call the office but same answer was obtained, this time with better manners even at last he agreed that this hole situation makes no sense.

I purchased an ATS from this company and was promised delivery by a certain day which was vital to the install. They were 3 days late and I had to personally pick up the ATS my self as it had not been shipped yet. To add to the situation they had charged me for shipping and said they would reimburse me and never did. I later installed the unit and it had a bad circuit board and now they are completely ignoring me and have not offered a resolution to the problem. Very disappointed in this company and I suggest everyone stay away from them as their materials are not new, customer service is awful and you aren't even guaranteed a working product. No stars would be a better review.

Camilo was great in helping with breaker i needed. He went the extra mile in drawing a layout of how to connect new breaker. Camilo matched my old breaker with a new style one. It was a awsome expirience like all the times i have been their for specialty breakers. Had not been their in a while ,but as always they provide great service.

They have the parts, very courteous and they know what they’re doing you won’t leave their disappointment so don’t buy used when you can buy new. They have the older electrical circuit breakers in stock.
