If you’re in Springfield, MO and your looking for a friendly, knowledgeable decently priced vape store then look no further. I go to a lot of different vape shops and these peeps got the best product for the lowest prices you can’t find a better place.
Here’s something that sets them apart from the competition Lilith an employee can diagnose and potentially fix anything that might go wrong with your mod should an issue arise. You’ll have to go in and check out the store and have a chat with them. I promise you will leave as another satisfied customer.

Some dress code should be established about revealing clothing. I do not think it is appropriate or professional for a young lady to wear a bodysuit that is clearly too small for her. I dont appreciate coming in and seeing a camel toe or barley cover breast. I am appalled by this store. I have never seen a vapor world employee dressed this way. I normally deal with the young lady and two gentleman who work in the mornings, i will not be coming back while the two girls that were on shoft tonight are there. Customer service has clearly not been trained into them with their unprofessional outfits and the way they handle customers. Both were texting as i came in and decided that was more important to finish than helping a paying customer.
The three stars are only for the morning employees the night shift deserves none.

Bryce is the best employee I have came across out of every vapor world/ vapor 100 location throughout the Midwest. I travel specifically to this store if I can just because of how helpful he is. He is always the reason I return to vapor world stores because of his knowledge and how helpful he is. He definitely deserves a raise and I am not one to say that for just anything! He asks about products I tried last time I visited and remembers without even checking my account, I've seen him do this with so many other customers. He is the type of employee others should strive to be! If I can't find what I need he is always the first to jump on and find it at another location & will even ask them to put it aside for me so I do not have to deal with the hassle of calling around myself. He deserves every bit of praise for keeping customers at this store happy & coming back, I can say that as he is the reason I do. If it was not for him and Rory with customer service I probably would not shop at this company due to a recent incident but they were on top of making sure to get things resolved and make things right! If you go to this location and Bryce is there definitely ask for him, you will not be disappointed with his knowledge and give him a great review so others know how great of a job he does to help customers and keep them happy! Bryce at this location and Rory with customer service are the absolute best this company has & deserve praise & raises from higher up management for the work they put in without being told to do so. It's so rare to find an employee who cares about customers and these two people really do.

Brice and Andrew are absolutely amazing! They help me so, so much! But I came to get coils the other day and had a pretty annoying experience with Derek. Derek sold me the wrong coils! He sold me coils that didn't run at the level I use. Brice helped me get the correct ones to make sure I don't cause any issues with my mod. He also treated me like I as an idiot and he was annoyed to be having the entire interaction.
